The 12 Week Experience

Imagine what might be possible if you were to focus on an aspect of your health for 12 weeks with individual guidance from Sue and the support of a small group also focused on their health. Magic! That’s what past participants have said. Not only did they achieve their program goals, they also experienced things they didn’t even know to ask for. This program invites you to discover the power of small - focused - consistent practices over a 12 week period.

The 12 week Experience includes:

  • Intention and Goal setting with regular check-ins to support progress and learning
  • 18 Small Group Practices (classes)
  • Video/Audio/Written extras for practicing at home
  • Individual and customized guidance and support from Sue
  • 3 integration breaks 
  • Group support and synergy
