The 12 Week Experience
Imagine what might be possible if you were to focus on an aspect of your health for 12 weeks with individual guidance from Sue and the support of a small group also focused on their health. Magic! That’s what past participants have said. Not only did they achieve their program goals, they also experienced things they didn’t even know to ask for. This program invites you to discover the power of small - focused - consistent practices over a 12 week period.
The 12 week Experience includes:
- Intention and Goal setting with regular check-ins to support progress and learning
- 18 Small Group Practices (classes)
- Video/Audio/Written extras for practicing at home
- Individual and customized guidance and support from Sue
- 3 integration breaks
- Group support and synergy

Exceeded Our Expectations
Sue has been a significant member of all of our wellness teams for many years. Our health, vitality and function has improved greatly with her guidance and support. So, we were excited to be invited to join her 12 week experience experiment earlier this year. This small group program exceeded our expectations and the goals we set at the beginning. It was next level! Her classes have always been magical, but the addition of intention setting; consistent practices; small group interaction and support; home videos, audios and perfectly timed encouragement and suggestions took it to the next level. Not only did we all achieve our initial goals. We also set new ones part way through and progressed those too. And there were so many other wins from this experience that we had not expected. I would recommend this 12 week small group experience to anyone who is serious about their health and ready for a next level experience.
I Continue to Improve My Health
My micro win this week is the realization that I continue to improve my health and wellness even when I feel I'm not making any progress. My eye appointment is proof of that!!
Also, revisiting the check list and all the things I AM DOING constantly. I am lifting more weights ... might not be the farmers carry but other items through out my day. Today it was containers of fall decor up and down the stairs. Consistency on even the smallest practises is my focus ... and not all at once. Making them habits before adding more! Proud of myself specifically for healing my eye. Thank you for the invite to dive deep and think about this. It's not even a micro ... why did I have to look so hard for it!
A Good - and Hard - Week
I broke free of the all or nothing pattern that sometimes brings me down. I missed a couple days of doing the damn things. I did the damn things with presence a couple days. I did the damn things without much presence (just got it done) a few days. I observed the whole thing, including the enormous resistance (stuff between me and doing the things). I didn't stop/give up. And I didn't do it every day the way I would've liked. I too appreciated and felt lifted by the connections, conversations, comradery. A good AND hard week. Thanks for listening, supporting, accompanying me.
A Very Emotional Week
My micro win is I made it through this week. It has been a very emotionally/spiritually tough week. I still did the things - Sunlight, breath practice etc. most days. I stayed afloat and didn't sink. I was quiet and allowed. Practice, practice, practice!
