Kind Words from Clients
Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Sue and the work she does. In the 9 months I have been working with her I have learned so much and grown and shifted mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. My body feels better than it has in years and I am finally starting to feel connected, comfortable, grounded and confident in my body which has enriched all aspects of my life.
When I first met Sue I was working through some past traumas along with the sudden death of a close family member and was on leave from work. I was struggling with anxiety, complex PTSD symptoms, dissociation and nervous systems disregulation. I also had a lot of physical symptoms from past problems like sciatica, a lower back injury, and hip, ankle and shoulder troubles.
Within a very short period of time working with Sue I saw big shifts in regulating my nervous system and was feeling more at ease. This was extremely relieving and allowed for me to be able to return to work while still working through everything going on in my life.
It is hard to explain what it is exactly that Sue can provide. I honestly didn’t know myself what exactly I was hopping into when I first started working with her but I can say without a doubt that it has been truly transformational. Had I not found Sue and committed to her program I don’t think I would have gained the clarity and confidence to end a long term relationship that was no longer healthy and fulfilling nor would I have been able to be present with and support my beloved grandma during her final days on this earth, which was such a gift! Additionally, I have become more sure and comfortable with who I am and how I show up in my life, which is amazing!
The various modalities that Sue has at her disposal is truly endless and she is a wealth of knowledge in so many areas. I would say to anyone who is struggling mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually that Sue can definitely help as long as you are open to trying new and different things, open to other perspectives and truly want to put in the work to make a positive change in your life.
I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Sue and I am so grateful for all of the tools I now have at my disposal to carry forward with. I am so excited to experience more of life with my new way of being and with a different perspective!

Sue is so intuitive and follows through with what is being shown to her. I just had an awesome online session yesterday of an Illumination Process and HPA Axis reset. We dealt with fears of mine today, fears of the unknown, personal fears, ancestor fears handed down that do not even belong to me. Sue was guided to what chakra to work with and it turned out to be the perfect one (I looked it up after).
I must say I felt like I had an out of body experience in which I was told “I have the knowledge, and to fill my boxes/baskets with this knowledge, to trust and let go”. After, I was amazed as we discussed both our experiences of what happened and how they intertwined with each others.
Thank you, Sue. I am looking forward to our next session and thanks for an awesome experience.

LOVED the distance energy session Sue, as much as coming to your magical studio. It was as powerful (as in person), connecting with you through Zoom and lying on my floor. These energy sessions with you are shifting and releasing things deep within myself that I’ve never been able to. The most noticeable change is in my autonomic nervous system. My gripping fear response to certain triggers has softened. This is huge. I also really like when you share your insights and experiences after our session. It often (always) coincides with my experience and somehow anchors and strengthens everything. Thank you Sue. So grateful.

I am a 72-year-old active female who has had on going bladder concerns for the past 5 years. After ruling out an infection, further medication with its side effects was not an option for me. Surgery is not eminent and I want to keep it that way.
Sue Kruszewski was recommended to me for my last-ditch attempt before I gave some serious consideration to mini pads and eventually adult diapers. I have been doing the exercises Sue has suggested for about a month and have noticed a positive difference within this very short period of time. Recently I walked for 1 ½ hours in the river valley with no urinary urgency. My stamina has almost doubled and my “out and about” time is rarely scheduled around bathroom breaks.
I am delighted and even more committed to continue my work with Sue. I will try whatever she suggests to tune up my body and pump up my joie de vivre.

I first met Sue when she came to me for Business coaching a couple years ago. Then, I kept hearing from friends and clients about her magical abilities. At the time I was regularly attending hot yoga classes and loving that. So it took me awhile to realize that what Sue offered was different than regular yoga. I was intrigued. I was relatively healthy, but I had this dream of attaining optimal health and vitality. What if I could be the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life in my 50’s? I knew this was about mind, body, and spirit - I wanted to feel whole and have all of me working together more harmoniously. When I met with Sue and told her this is what I wanted, she told me that it was absolutely possible. And that is what we have been working towards ever since. Between private sessions (movement and energy) and her small group classes, I am becoming ‘whole’. How this is happening, I’m not able to explain fully. What I know is that my whole being is being put back together in the way it was designed to work optimally. Sue has an understanding of the physiology of the body beyond anyone I’ve ever known. But it doesn’t stop there. Every physical movement is also connected to and integrates all parts of me (mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic). I’ve dubbed Sue the Movement Medium and every one else in her classes nods in agreement. Others in the class have experienced significant healing from pain and mobility issues. For me, I am well on my way to attaining my dream of optimal health and vitality. Oh… and we have a lot of fun and laughs too. Whatever your health goal or problem might be, I absolutely believe that Sue can help you too.

Sue, thank you so much for always holding a safe place for me to express my feelings and reframe the thoughts I may have. This is so powerful for me as I am able to hear my inner voice and honour myself. I needed to have this converstaion with you today and be able to process my thoughts, words, and feelings. I appreciate your support and YOU/YOUR energy more than words can express. Thanks again! See you next week and I look forward to you starting your energy based work on me.

"I started working with Sue about three months ago to see if she could help me with pain associated with osteoarthritis in my hip. I am a 62 year old active male. When I was diagnosed, and the pain kept increasing, I had to stop a number of exercises and workouts I loved. I walked with a pronounced limp and sitting for any length of time was uncomfortable. I assumed I’d be a candidate relatively soon for hip replacement surgery.
During my initial assessment, Sue was very confident she could help. While committed to following her advice, to be honest I was a bit skeptical. She took me through a series of fairly simple movements and exercises and I wondered how this would help me. Since then, she has taught me a range of routines and movements.
Three months later, I can say unequivocally, and I have no doubt, that my work with Sue is helping me - I am almost pain free and my quality of life has improved significantly. In fact, my doctor has scheduled me for a cortisone shot and I am seriously considering cancelling my appointment because I have very little irritation. I don’t know if I even need the shot now. I’m not back to running *yet* (and I actually am starting to believe Sue when she says to me that it is possible to run again), but I am able to do many of the things I love to do, and most importantly I’m not in pain.
I highly recommend Sue: she knows her stuff and I completely trust her. If you have a mobility issue, aches or pains, or want to get centred or balanced, please see Sue. You won’t be disappointed!"

When I first came to see Sue, I was rarely able to walk down stairs normally. It was a slow process with both feet having to be on the same step before I could move one foot to the next. The hip pain and discomfort often kept me awake during the night. Taking Advil was becoming a more than once daily necessity. I knew I had to change something. Weekly chiropractor trips were helping but didn’t last more than a day or two. I needed something more. Walking helped but I often couldn’t go for a walk because of the hip pain/discomfort.
Our homeopathic Doctor had shared Sue’s contact info with my husband and it sat on his desk for over a year. We finally decided that we would to try a private session. We went for 3 private sessions and couldn’t believe the difference we both felt. Sue was kind, caring and genuinely cared about our individual issues. She provided us both with our own unique plan to follow at home. My hips were moving and less painful after only 2 sessions and following Sue’s instructions at home. I joined the group classes after a couple months to learn even more. I was amazed at the stories others shared about their journey to wellness with Sue’s help and knew I was on the right path.
Fast forward to today. We just came back from vacation. A road trip of long periods of sitting in the car. This use to be the trigger for hip pain. Not this trip! I was able to get out of the car and walk normally most of the trip. When I did step out of the car in stiffness I knew exactly what to do to adjust my body and be out of pain in only a moment or two. We had a very active week of walking 13,000 plus steps per day and a beautiful kayaking trip of paddling for 3 hours ....no back pain afterwards and I was able to get in and out of the kayak without assistance from my family, yay!!!
Movement with Sue ... is medicine!!!

Sue magic has been a life changer for me. After numerous car accidents I have suffered chronic back, ankle, neck, shoulder (head to toe) pain. I have been through it all, medical mistakes, terrible reactions to medications, thousands of hours in chiro, physio, massage, acupuncture, cupping, steroid injections, you name it. One day I tried therapeutic yoga by a knowledgeable elder and I felt a spark of hope. I searched for someone I could trust and believe in. I even interviewed Sue because of my low trust in those who call themselves experts. I then tested her! Yoga has not come easy to me. I can honestly say I fought it for while. But now, I am now falling in love with Sue's movement practice. This will be my life practice. I trust Sue. She is knowledgeable. She is honest. She is caring and giving. She is authentic. I AM SAFE. Sue has proven to me that her teaching/support can help me live a better life. I have a new thought process on my pain, even on my fibromyalgia. Our bodies can heal and life can be more enjoyable, (not just more manageable). I used to feel a scalding hot pain in a large part of my back - you could not touch my skin. All specialists said this was fibromyalgia. This is GONE and it didn't take long. Never in my life did I see that as possible. In my opinion, Sue is a movement specialist. She is of caliber I can trust. The gift of Sue is there for us, but it is up to us to commit to us. I learned that through watching me resist and slowly trust, learn, experience, believe, and find hope.

When I first came to Sue, I had very limited use of my left arm, due to surgery. Today I have working muscles and feelings in my arm, with the use of most of my arm back! I was told by my doctor that I may never get the use of my arm back but with all of Sue's strong qualities and knowledge as well as her own personal care of me, I’m healing. Not only physically but spiritually as well.
When I come to an appointment I know you have done homework on me as you already know our next step, what’s next to help me on my “back to normal” life. The exercises I am learning to ward off my pain is a lifelong knowledge to me which is priceless.
Even in our group class you offer something to all of us.

I found Sue about a year and a half ago by accident...or perhaps not...driving by a sign in my neighbourhood advertising "Therapeutic Yoga” and something told me to give it a try. It seemed to have come at the perfect time since I had recently started physiotherapy for a shoulder injury that had been limiting me for over ten years and had finally came to a point of needing to be dealt with. Regular massages and chiropractor treatments were no longer managing the pain in my neck and shoulder and I didn’t want to resort to the painkillers I was prescribed. I was suddenly sidelined for the first time in my life and no longer able to play sports, kick box, strength train or do “regular yoga"...all things that I loved doing. I was soon referred to a specialist and awaiting a proper diagnosis which took over 6 months.
My first therapeutic yoga session with Sue was more about discovering self-acceptance then the about the restorative yoga poses…although they were great! Sue understood how frustrated I was with my limitations having experienced injuries herself. Her patience and understanding was so important for me since I needed to first surrender to where I was physically, and accept it, before I could really start my journey of rehabilitation. This past spring I had the tear in my shoulder repaired and started back with Sue as soon as I got the green light from my specialist. I have continued to take Sue’s therapeutic sessions throughout as well as private sessions where Sue has created programs for me to help me continue my rehab and reteach my body how to move “purely” since it has been over compensating for over a decade..which is no small feat ;) Sue is always up for a challenge and continually learning new techniques to help her clients. I love her passion and dedication. She truly is doing this from the heart. I am very excited to say I had a major breakthrough in my private session last week where after holding a new pose my shoulder actually dropped into a noticeably “different” position. I think we were both in a bit of shock at how dramatic it was. It felt like a light at the end of a long tunnel and reaffirmed that this is exactly where I need to be to continue my rehabilitative journey. I happened to noticed a Rumi quote on Sue’s whiteboard that same day which read something like "We don’t meet people by accident…they are meant to cross our path for a reason". So blessed to have crossed Sue’s path.

I’ve been working with Sue for just 2 weeks and I can’t believe how much things have changed in such a short time. My frozen shoulder is actually ‘thawing’ and I have more movement and less pain than I’ve had in many months. I am watching it as it keeps getting more and more mobile. I am shocked and am so grateful that I found Sue.

Good Morning Lovely!
Let me tell you about yesterday. I felt So different!!
I know that I might be fighting a bit of a cold or something so that plays in but I think most of it was the lower body work we did. I was walking differently when I got home. I had a little something to eat and then I had that cold shiver thing that I do - when something has shifted- it was warm in the house but still I couldn't get warm so I lay down with a sweater on and a blanket. I slept for 1.5 hours!! Odd since I had 8 hours sleep that night.
When I woke up I was so aware of my legs and lower body- some of it achy - not uncomfortable but alive. One more annoying point was my right hip socket- it was sore. I decided not to go to the pool - I made dinner- watched some tv and went to bed early.
This morning I feel tall- my hips feel fluid- the sore spot has gone- legs and knees feel alive- it's hard to explain but there was a HUGE shift that happened yesterday.
Needless to say I will be lying on the wall with feet up again today! I think I need to support whatever got rewired!
Thank You!!!

My naturopath recommended I see Sue after injuring my shoulder from other types of yoga. Her approach is like no other. She is excellent at giving you moves appropriate for your level and needs and reads your body's movement (or lack of!) extremely well. I had only a few individual and group sessions but the changes are starting. I'm learning how to move "purely" and freeing my shoulder from pain. I'm applying it to my every day life and the other activities I do. Wish someone had taught me this 25 years ago!

Hi Sue!
I really enjoyed the workshop on Saturday. I have already noticed a big shift in my body since I started working with you last week! I’m thrilled to see the changes in my body so quickly and I’m looking forward to more sessions, classes and workshops with you this year.
