A movement session with Sue is a journey to rediscover freedom and ease in your body. Through gentle, intentional movements and mindful practices, we explore your unique needs, releasing tension and aligning your body’s natural rhythms. Together, we uncover the root causes of discomfort, empowering you to move without pain and reconnect with a sense of wholeness and vitality.
60 minutes session with follow up notes and exercises to practice at home
An energy session with Sue is an opportunity to connect deeply with your inner self and realign your energetic body. Using intuitive techniques like Reiki, Akashic record readings, and Shamanic energy healing, we work together to release emotional blockages and restore balance. Each session is a safe, nurturing space for you to heal on a deeper level, fostering clarity, peace, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
90 minutes
A circadian rhythm coaching session with Sue is all about realigning your daily rhythms to support optimal health and vitality. Together, we uncover how your habits and lifestyle may be affecting your natural sleep-wake cycles, energy levels, and overall health and well-being. Through personalized guidance, we create simple, sustainable practices to harmonize your body with its innate rhythms, so you can thrive with more energy, focus, and balance.
60 minutes (initial session) with follow up notes and exercises to practice at home
The Simply Show Up session is a perfect option for the person that has something they want to focus on and are open to whatever Sue’s intuitive process suggests is best in the moment. It might be movement, breath, energy, circadian rhythm or something else from Sue’s magical tool kit. And it might be a fusion of more than one thing.
90 minutes with follow up notes and exercises to practice at home
Longer, more in-depth programs designed to provide additional focus, guidance and support.

What Sue Does is MAGIC!
I have no doubt that meeting Sue was divinely guided. Her presence in my life and healing has been profound. The wisdom she holds and shares is incredible. While movement and body awareness are a huge part of her approach, her intuition that guides her client’s needs is equally powerful. She will teach you that anything is possible and you can heal anything, absolutely anything! She is incredibly caring, sincerely invested in your healing and so generous with her time. I am eternally grateful for all she has taught me, the progress I have made in my healing, and for her dear friendship. The only way I can really explain what Sue does is MAGIC!
Lots of Good Stuff
Lots of good stuff and wins. For me, I think the conversation about breath was my biggest for this week. I’ve found myself playing with breath since then, with deeper curiosity and understanding and determination/commitment/possibility. Hopefully deeper breath will follow.
I LOVE the Teachings
I have got back to drinking structured water and my body loves it. I’ve been doing the foot and ankle exercises with the tune up balls. My awareness was how it feels when I drop into parasympathetic nervous system. And that I can use these practices to do it. I LOVE the teachings that accompany the exercises too. Thanks Sue and Frankie for the visuals.
Mind Blowing How It Helps
I have been rolling my feet each day and have started to add the solid pressure now that my ankle isn’t so painful. Have also been loving the coir mat….hands and feet!!! Mind blowing how it helps!!!
Back Pain Has Lessened Substantially
My micro-wins showing up for myself. Giving myself self care time. I took a lot away from the threat-bucket conversation. My back pain has lessened substantially.
It’s OK to Put Yourself First
This week I gave myself grace to say no to people or asked for space when I needed it. That was a huge relief from my threat bucket. I tend to take too much on and then I burn out and the first to go is my self care. I will see this full class through and enjoy every minute of it because it’s ok to put yourself first. Thank you for this amazing space, Sue.
