November invites us to turn inward, to rest, to release what we've been carrying through the busy seasons. But so many of us resist this natural rhythm—pushing through, holding on, unable to truly let go.

Your body knows it's time to slow down. The question is: will you listen?

What if winter isn't something to endure, but an invitation to heal?

In this transformative day-long workshop, we'll explore the art of releasing into rest—letting go of the tension, anxiety, and heaviness you've been holding, and preparing your body, mind, and spirit for the season of deep restoration ahead.

Through gentle movement therapy, grounding practices, and intuitive exploration, you'll learn to:

  • Release what's been stored - Let go of the physical tension, emotional weight, and mental exhaustion you've been carrying
  • Befriend the slower rhythms - Learn to honor your body's natural need to rest, cocoon, and turn inward without guilt or resistance
  • Soothe your nervous system - Ground and center yourself as we move into the darker, quieter months
  • Prepare for true restoration - Create space for the deep healing that happens when we finally allow ourselves to rest
  • Reconnect with your inner warmth - Tend your inner fire while embracing the stillness winter asks of us
